What to include
- URL, city slug or dataset row.
- Field name and current value.
- Proposed value and a primary source where possible.
- Retrieval date, station ID, EIA period or equipment test condition.
- Whether the issue changes a headline conclusion or only metadata.
How corrections are handled
Source errors are fixed in the current dataset. Material formula or constant changes require a model-version increment and changelog entry. Historical release snapshots remain available so older citations can be interpreted.
